Biography

Kevin practices corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court.

Before joining Young Conaway, Kevin clerked for the judges serving on the CCLD panel. He graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2022. While there, he served as a Lead Editor of the Drexel Law Review, interned for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware, and served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Sherry R. Fallon of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Kevin earned his B.S. in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University in 2019.
