Corporate Litigation and Counseling Partner Elena Norman will be participating in a Mock Cyber Exercise at the 42nd Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law and 61st Annual Corporate Counsel Institute, hosted by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.  The Cyber Exercise will leverage the same fact pattern and include an interactive component, mock argument, and ethics discussion.  Ms. Norman will be the Commentator for a mock argument, "Exploring the Board’s Fiduciary Duty in a Cyber Incident," which will be presided over by the Honorable Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti Jr., Delaware Court of Chancery.  The Litigators for the mock argument will be Anitha Reddy, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Mike Sirkin, Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP.  A more in-depth conversation with the Vice Chancellor will follow the argument.
