Biography

Dan focuses his practice on Intellectual Property Litigation, in the District of Delaware.  He represents clients in complex matters spanning patent and trademark infringement, trade secret disputes, shareholder derivative suits, and contract disputes.  Dan brings a unique perspective to these matters, having worked as an Engineer for nearly a decade before blazing a new path.  His technical background helps him better understand the complex technical disputes that his clients face in their matters.

Dan graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School where he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He also enjoyed the honor of serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law for Volume 48.  While serving on Journal, he published his Comment, Trade Secret Law in the Wake of Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, 47 Del. J. Corp. L. 65 (2022).
